I have just finished co facilitating a weekend workshop on the work with fellow Austranlian here in Perth Australia. I was sharing with group that I first saw you on a video that someone gave me. It was entitled " black and white" and was on racial prejudice. I watched the video at least 20 times which was around the time I was able to watch the piece with out my heart breaking and ending up tears. It felt like the most liberating experience, in the sadness was real freedom and a discovery of what just felt like truth in action. Watching this piece on open heart I once again found tears rolling down my cheeks what a sweet feeling that is, a remembering or my humanness. Thanks for being such a great inspiration Katie.

dear KT
my first glimspe of you and what you said just made me roar laughing . this is what I'v been waiting for all my born days and I'm so grateful that I never gave up the search. I really thought I was destined to be dragged through this life kicking and screamin'.I have a story.I'm Irish ,every Irish person has a story and If I Did'nt I'd make one up.thing is now I'm just wondering if the story I'v told myself all these years is the truth and I'm so excited about that, cause now I can BREATHE and when are you coming to Austrelia?

Got your site from my aunt and am searching for words to describe how I feel now; got into an exchange of nasty e-mails with a former friend and then saw this video. I will come back to check out your site further, thank you very much.

Tim C:

What an absolutely unbelievable video! Extremely powerful message, Katie. I am in a situation where there has been a broken relationship with a stepdaughter for several years now. I had been convinced it was her place to reach out and make things right. Since that was not happening, other relationships including the marriage with my wife/her mother, were affected.

Just saying that as a believer in The Work, this helped me to make the first move in reconciling things, the response back knocked me off my chair when I realized the other person was ready to make stuff work as well.

There are no guarantees in life, but I am encouraged at the fact that the first real progress in years - cordial conversation - has just occurred.

Amazing.

'Coincidentally' reading your newsletter and Joanne's comment today, I too would love to know if you plan to come to Europe and even better Brussels in the near future?
A friend of Joanne's in Brussels!
