I've been noticing that the more sane I get the more psycho everyone else seems. Haha! Oh, well. I can deal with that. :-) I'm actually adjusting to this almost uncomfortable saneness.
I just wanted to put out there Thank You to Byron Katie. My life has changed so dramatically because of her and her Work. While I still have my stresses and conflicts, my Joie De Vivre has gone through the roof. My stresses themselves are fewer and farther between, and overall less stressful. I'm more in tune to who and what I am and following my bliss is becoming easier and easier. My relationships are all good to great in quality. I feel I'm slowly but surely becoming the person I've always wanted to see myself as: happy, effervescent, compassionate, caring, and nurturing. So, thank you, Katie.
Cheers to you all,
H.

Dear Katie,
I am upset with myself because I don't love God as I should. When think this thought I feel like a hypocrite and not a true believer.

Also I don’t where God is and God is not in my life are thoughts which drive me mad.

Katie, thank you for putting this so eloquently! Many of my clients are so busy worrying about what others think, they forget who they are and why they are here on this planet at this time.
You're a blessing - and I use your work very often in the clinic. I thank you!
