I just left the School a three days ago, and yesterday my eye caught this headline in our newspaper: "Jail for ex-soldier who urinated on dying disabled woman" - and I found my immediate, and enduring response to this was, "That poor man! He needs a hug not jail". Thank you so much Katie, and everyone at the school, for letting me experience my world at first hand - not through my thoughts.

The Morning Walk....
did my first morning walk today after just returning from my school. I saw my beautiful neigborhood for the first time. It was soooo full of life. Stood and listened to a tree for its wisdom. It was amazing Katie. I have no idea what has happened to me, if anything. I am feeling so much gratitude right now and I love that.
Thank you for showing up for me to do my school.
love,

Katie,
Wow! My experience at the school that just ended was very powerful and intense. All I was looking for was a firm foundation in doing the work and that goal has been reached and more. I hope to spend more time with you later this year if I can schedule it.
Lots of Love!

I woke up this morning and realised things I have never understood before. I have struggled very hard and had almost given up The Work when the truth suddenly came to me after several months of "digging." Thank you.

Wonderful quotes!
My wife is in attendance of the school, and while I was not able to attend, I am very excited for the things she will learn as well as the things she will bring home and teach me. The work has already been an integral part of our lives.
Thank you for who you are.
