If you live with the uninvestigated thought “I need my money to be safe and secure,” you’re living in a hopeless state of mind. Banks fail. Stock markets crash. Currencies deflate. People lie, bend contracts, and break their promises. In this confused state of mind, you can make millions of dollars and still be insecure and unhappy.

One of my old favorites! It's great to see this video dialogue made available again. I have returned to these questions about money quite often: there isn't enough, it isn't safe where it is, money should ________. I'm shifting some money around now in an attempt to lessen cap. gains from selling my home, and watching brokers and others get excited and anxious about it instead of me fretting with thoughts like, "Damned if I do and damned if I don't." Blessed seems more true than damned, and if someone has to worry, I love that it's them, not me. I'm looking forward to attending one of the "mini-schools" on this topic.
Katie, I think that blog-readers would love to hear from you about what's happening right now in The Work...where in the world you are (on-the-spot reportage!), photos from the most recent events, as well as who's doing interesting projects with The Work in interesting places (schools, prisons, government, the streets). "Inquiring minds" want to know!
Much love,
Carol
