when is it that i learn to let go? Each second. how lovely. when will others stop hurting my feelings? they aren't you are. freedom. when will i stop judging myself? judging helps us see the truth in ourselves. light. joy. when can i teach the work? when i live it, so, with every glorious pain and every glorious revelation. how will i ever afford a trip to katie's apprentice seminar? when it is time. when will it be time? when it is. be.
a meditation with my thoughts.
thank-you for letting me put it into words for myself. does anyone let you do anything? only me, everytime.

I am a former therapist. I am in great psychological pain. Very reclusive and stay in my bed a great deal of the time. These pictures give me hope, as well as all the videos on the site. I live in COnnecticut and Reno back and forth and want to attend a workshop and participate in the work. Please help me with dates and places and prices.
