I'm sitting here struggling with my thoughts and making things complicated. Then I find this clip and see how clear and simple it is when i stop constructing stories about how things should be. Simplicity, surrender, clarity and beauty found in listening to the softness of a woman's voice. I thank you so much.

Thank you for posting this lovely interaction with this women from the Cleanse on "I need to know why people love me". Being at the Cleanse and witnessing these wonderful openings for people was a real gift and a reminder to me while I watched this on the blog of all the complications I put in the way of me and utter simplicity. These help me see my defensiveness and my simplicity. Seeing my defensiveness and questioning it seems like the road to simplicity and peace. Thanks as always for this unfolding for me, gift of The Work. I am very grateful.
