Plus, they talk about how you can be at peace with your thoughts and end your own suffering.

It's a dream come true for me, to see Byron Katie and Oprah Winfrey together, and to witness Oprah being an authentic "Everywoman," moving from resistance to some willingness once the mind's self-protective mechanisms were revealed. Reminds me so much of myself when I first came to The Work. (Oh, okay, the way I still am sometimes).
Oprah's openness to doing The Work with Katie, with millions experiencing her process, shows the rest of the world how it's done in a way that, I believe, will be taken to heart, and received as one of Oprah's many excellent "Love That!" offerings to the world.
I can't wait to see Katie on the Oprah TV show soon (hint, hint, Harpo Productions!).

Just today I watched Katie's three interviews with Oprah. Thank you Katie and Oprah for doing this. I was deeply moved to see Oprah answer the four questions and bring herself forth so fully and in so doing let so many of us that respect her so dearly experience the Work. I have been doing the Work for some years now, it is an integral part of my life and watching Katie and Oprah brought the Work to me yet again in such a new, clear innocent way. Thank you both and I look forward to more such sharings that more people may learn to live
a life without suffering. a big thank you to you Katie and Oprah.
