Hi,
I found your book Love What Is at my daughter's and I couldn't put it down.... I am doing the work sheet set out in the book and already after just one session with myself I feel so much lighter! I would love to learn how to do this to help others as well as myself.
I work as a massage therapist and I find about 80% of all ailments are emotionally based, this would be fantastic to show these ailing folk how to allievate their stress thru the 4 steps you have shown.
I look forward to continuing this work and re-connecting with my true self and hearing from you.
