What katie means is that you are living the way the thought makes you feel at that moment, if you have a scarey thought "now", you live a scarey life "now".

I have seen written in your book, that if you believe your thought and are rigid with fear that you may make it happen. That is a very scary thought to become attached to. How could you do The Work on that thought and turn it around? Many thanks.
