The 4 "little questions" have helped me so much at a very difficult time in my life. When I am beating myself up or imagining the worst, I ask myself, "Is it true? Is it really true?" Almost every time, I realize I have over-dramatized, over-simplified. I now want to learn more. I'm going to visit Katie's site. This article actually helped me sleep through the night for the first time in 3 days!

I live in Switzerland and last night, I discovered your site through David Wood's recommendation. Amazing. I love your style of councelling! Plus it's hillarious, sometimes...
By the way, nice photo on Oprah's magazine! Too bad I cannot get it here in Europe. I tried subscribing once but it's not possible from here.
